Hi Everyone,

The quote from the previous newsletter seems so appropriate, so I kept it. Thank you Ben!

I'm writing to let you all know this will be last newsletter you receive from This Human. You can still buy the books of course, and anywhere amazing life changing books are sold ;-) but we won't be publishing this newsletter anymore. Thank you to Ben McEwing who's been the curator of this for the last year or so.

For the last several years, I've been holding three distinct roles—human-centered design leader, executive leadership coach, somatic psychotherapist. Wonderful work has happened in each of these places. As I move into the final season (!) in my career, I'm leaning into something that more closely aligns to where I am now:

Private stewardship for leaders at moments of consequence.

This work is different to what I've held before. It's not about optimisation or performance. It's about discernment when decisions carry real weight.

I intend to walk beside those who wish to take responsibility for what gets set in motion when they make decisions, so they can make them from clarity rather than pressure or momentum.

The work typically serves senior leaders, founders, or people at significant thresholds. Which means some of you may not continue to remain in relationship with my work—and that's completely as it should be. I wanted to let you know what's shifting, because we've been in conversation for a while now.
